Why We Love These Movies: Chris Farley

The 90’s favorite funnyman

I have to admit that I am a sucker for physical comedy, a genre of humor that Chris Farley reigned supreme. He always had a way of obnoxiously shouting, flinging himself, and exploding on the scene that got to me every single time. He was a master of his craft, a craft which included smashed objects, nonsensically screaming, and wild gesticulations. His movies and appearances on SNL will always solidify a golden part of my childhood. While his career ran tragically short, it was one fueled with side-splitting laughs and the most hilarious scenes in television and cinema.
